Muhammad Hannan Gulzar is a distinguished fellow member of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Pakistan. His journey in the world of finance and consultancy began with his qualification as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. Since then, he has continually proven his expertise in financial matters.
In 2000, he embarked on a new chapter, joining a prominent conglomerate. Over the years, he has assumed pivotal roles within the organization, showcasing his leadership and management prowess.
Hannan's extensive experience includes negotiating complex turnkey agreements, power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, and effectively resolving issues stemming from such agreements and associated documentation. Mr. Muhammad Shabbir is Masters in Business Administration (Finance), Economics and Bachler in Law from University of Punjab Lahore. He started his career in 1989 with Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) as Assistant Director Finance. He 1995. As such he has extensive, vast and diversified experience of over twenty five (25) years of working in Pakistan Power Sector at various positions. He has unprecedented experience of private sector history and administration of Power Purchaser Agreements (s) started from HUBCO, 1994, 2002 and 2015 Power Policies Projects. Lastly he served as DGM (Finance) at CPPA from its inception in 2016 upto February 2020.
He remained associated with the development of 2002 and 2015 Power Policies, 2015 Transmission Policy, development of standard PPAs, TSA, Tariff matters. He has extensive experience in dealing, administration and negations of PPAs with IPPs, generation and transmission Tariff and TSA as well as Dispute Resolution with IPPs.

Mr. Zaheer Mir is a fellow member of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Pakistan. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997, he joined industry and has worked on key management positions with some of the leading business houses of Pakistan. He has also worked with the National Electric and Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) as a Senior Advisor (Tariff) for over five years.
During his employment with industry he has been involved in business restructuring, re- profiling of group debt, sales, purchases, finalization of accounts of various listed and non-listed persons, etc. In NEPRA he has been involved in the development and determination of upfront tariff for wind power generation projects, small hydro power generation projects, finalization of adjustments at commercial operations date of various IPPs, tariff related issues of K-Electric Limited, determination of bulk supply tariff of WAPDA Hydroelectric, and tariffs of various hydro, thermal and other projects.
